Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

If you believe your package is lost – or if your package shows as delivered and you never received it – you must contact the carrier directly

Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out ninadetoxpills@yahoo.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at  ninadetoxpills@yahoo.com and we can further assist you.

To locate your missing package, follow these instructions:

  1. Ask your family members or neighbors if they accidentally received your package.
  2. If your package was shipped via the United States Postal Service:
    Call 1-800-275-8777.
    Ask the agent to place a trace on the package. All shipments over $100 (except for international and media mail) are insured for $50.00, so if the post office loses your order, you can fill out a claim.
  3. If your package was shipped via FedEx:
    Call 1-800-463-3339.
    Ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments over $100 are insured for $100.00, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
  4. If your package was shipped via UPS:
    Call 1-800-742-5877.
    Ask the agent to put a trace on the package. All shipments over $100 are insured for $100.00, so if the package is deemed lost, you can fill out a claim.
