I was stuck between 167-170 for the longest I am officially down to 162 (I definitely would’ve been down more if I wasn’t cheating & used the product constantly & as directed) I was only taking it once a day because I didn’t order enough the first time & tried to make them stretch until my next batch came in. Now I am doing belly fat & fat burn as directed so I will update in a week or two

I feel like it does everything it says it will. I have felt really motivated instead of tired and I have noticed feeling slimmer as well. My pants fit better. I don’t weigh myself, but I can definitely tell the difference in how my clothes fit a little looser. Super happy 😃

I have been taking the Sea Moss Iron pills for two months. I noticed a difference in my skin the next day I woke up and looked in the mirror. My skin was brighter and the dark circles around my eyes were lighter. Within a week my dark circles were gone and my skin just keeps getting brighter and brighter. I'm anemic so this pill has done wonders for me and I have more energy and it doesn't cause constipation like most iron pills.

ND6 are hands down my favorite. The results are fast. People are already asking if I’m losing weight.

I've been taking these iron minerals for a few months or more I feel great overall! My iron is no longer low and these don't cause constipation because they're all natural! Also to add, even though I don't have skin issues, I've been getting a lot of compliments that my skin is looking smoother and brighter. Thank you NinaDetox I love your supplements!!❤
