Eating all day is also now "normal" and even recommended by a lot of so-called experts. So skipping meals or fasting is seen as dangerous or unhealthy. Just ignorant.”
There was a time i was eating all day long because i read an article stating “eating 6 small meals per day would boost or speed up my metabolism” which doesnt work well for my body type 🥴 All that did was make me crave more & spend more on food. Think about it- the Food industry makes NO MONEY if we are fasting? FASTING IS FREE! Fasting is the best most accurate method of destroying "old" and building "young. Food was constantly on my mind & taking control of my life. I was addicted to junk food and desperately needed help.
I started researching about food addiction and stubbled on an article on fasting . At the time, i thought fasting was starving lol so i wasn’t interested. Eventually i started researching more & realized we fast everyday when we sleep. Thank goodness for sleep because I’m sure we would eat all day and night lol . I watched a few youtube videos and decided to take a solid food vacation for one week.
I took my ninadetox all natural appetite suppressant , drank green juice , coconut water, herbal teas & lime water for 7 days straight . I gave my digestive tract a break for one week. It was hard but i was determined. Of course, I lost weight, had so much energy, was regular without taking laxatives and felt like a new person. If i could do this..... intermittent fasting will be a breeze.
So for 18 hours , i fast or drink my green juice , coconut water , herbal teas & lime water . I eat one big meal (usually a salad with cooked veggies, avocado & hemp seed, I make my own dressing) between 12pm and 6pm . More on #omad “one meal per day “ in another post ....
Intermittent fasting can be considered a tool for fat loss because when you eat fewer times during the day, there’s a good chance that you’re taking in fewer calories and creating a calorie deficit
Remember " you cannot heal disease if you don't stop eating the foods that produce such disease-, Disease just means DIS-EASE. Are you currently Dis-Eased? TRY INTERMITTENT FASTING, IT WORKS.
