Well this is going to be short and sweet. I weighed myself on Monday and the scale didn't budge....In fact, it said I gained 1 lb.....I can't tell you how disappointed I was....I have been working out consistently for 5 weeks straight at least 4 or 5 days a week.....Now first let me say, I look in the mirror and I'm happy because my body is getting firmer and I have a nice shape.
